North Edmonton Kia’s Finance Placement Fee offsets costs incurred by our finance team to prepare a carefully planned finance submission that affords you the best opportunity of obtaining a finance approval, and ensures that you secure the most attractive interest rates available for your individual circumstances.

North Edmonton Kia has assembled a team of finance experts with years of experience in their field to ensure the best results on each finance application. They have the knowledge and bank contacts to deliver the best, and they understand how to approach each finance submission to deliver the best results.

IMPORTANT: *This fee does NOT apply to any cash purchases, only to lease and finance contracts.*

The Finance Placement Fee is specifically related to the structuring of your finance submission, sourcing the right financial institution for your circumstances, and then securing the best available financing for your vehicle purchase.

This process will require our finance team to:

  • Obtain both an Equifax and Transunion credit report that they will use to familiarize themselves with your personal credit history and then select financial institutions that be the most receptive to your credit submission
  • Obtain a Carfax vehicle history report to properly familiarize themselves with any past or present liens on your vehicle to then ensure they are properly reflected in our submission to the financial institutions
  • Properly fill out, review and structure a detailed credit application and deal submission for each of the financial institutions that will play a role in your credit approval (paying particular attention to job history and compensation history, as well as reviewing your credit history in detail to answer any questions that may arise during the approval process)
  • Properly structure the submission of your deal and provide all necessary supporting documentation to the financial institutions, in order to obtain your approval at the best rates and terms possible
  • Leverage our experience and bank relationships to positively influence credit adjudicators on approvals, rates and terms, in order to secure the best approval possible
  • Submit finance contracts for prompt funding and to put the requested payment schedule in place in order to ensure your vehicle is available for deliver in the most expedient possible timeframe
  • This fee might may also include a loan acquisition fee from the institution providing the funds
